I took a trip with my parents to Tyler, TX this weekend without kids to visit some family up there and go on the annual Historic Home Tour and see the Azalea trails with them. This was my first time to Tyler. The 7 historic homes we were able to walk through were very fascinating. I have posted a picture of my favorite home we walked through along with the hostesses dressed in their historic gowns, and the Azalea gardens were just breathtaking as you see in the pictures.

What a TREAT! I love, love, love azaleas, and getaways just for grownups just for fun.
Sounds like a lot of fun. I got to hang out with my parents a couple of weeks ago, just me and we had a blast. Later gator.
